COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The copyright holders of the works will be those who own the subjects of the piece. As such, they have unrestricted rights to using the art piece whether for personal or commercial use.
- Credit is required if commercial use is to be done.- No refunds will be given if the commission has already begun being worked on.
- The artist reserves the right to use the finished commissions in portfolios and promotions.

• Animals (anthros and feral)
• Loli/Shota/Cub
• Age Gap
• Fictional Incest
• Ero-Guro and related themes

What I Will Not Draw/Write:

• NSFW and Romantic RPF (unless explicit consent from adult subjects are involved)
• Scat, Emetophilia, Fart Fetish (not against them but they simply make me uncomfortable)
• Real Life Political Propaganda
• Mecha (drawing only, may change)
• Cars (drawing only, may change)
• Very Complex Infrastructure (drawing only, may change)

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- The artist is not responsible for a client's misuse of the works. As such, the artist cannot be held accountable in any way should a commission piece be used in a morally reprehensible manner. CLIENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THEY USE THE ARTIST'S WORKS REGARDLESS OF THE CONTENT FEATURED WITHIN THE PIECE.

RIGHTS OF THE ARTIST
- The artist reserves the right to blacklist any potential clients at their own discretion.- The artist reserves the right to deny business for any reason.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission. In which case, a refund will be issued.
